What you should also know
Short stays of less than 3 days - 10% surcharge. Rooms are available for
check-in on arrival day after 3 p.m. On departure day, we ask that you
check out by 11 a.m. Late check-out is only possible by advance
arrangement and is based on availability.
Please be aware that, though it is possible to book a room
category, it is not possible to book a specific room or floor.
Ski passes and hiking tickets can be purchased at the hotel in cash.
Cancelations
Please let us know in timely fashion - we do our best to be flexible!
Cancelations are only possible in writing! Up to 3 months prior to
scheduled arrival, there are no cancelation penalties. Up to 1 month prior
to arrival, we charge 40% of the complete package price. In the event of
last-minute cancelations or no-shows (without notification)
or premature departure, we charge 100% of the half-board price. The
deposit will not be reimbursed and will be retained as a processing fee.
Austrian Hotel Regulations are considered stipulated in all other
instances.

Service: A booking is held to be confirmed upon receipt of a
confirmation e-mail message transmitted to you within 3 days - enquiries
are non-binding. Online bookings are subject to Austrian Hotel Contracting
Regulations as published on 23.09.1981.
