Mowed meadows, colorful flowers, haystacks, grazing cattle, fruit trees, fragrant herb gardens… The legacy of our fathers – the agricultural structures - have given the Zillertal its special character and made it a natural jewel. Whether wood paneled farmhouses, old stables, beautiful fences, rustic bridges... the traces of the past can be seen everywhere!
A well-kept landscape is not only beautiful to the eye but is also an important habitat for people and animals. Every local and guest is delighted by this appreciation of nature and spring-fresh water, and they are also delighted by the convenience of splendid hiking trails, perfect ski runs, and the best infrastructure down into the deepest valleys.
The love of nature
The work of farmers can't be measured in hours - it is a love of nature and a love of animals that is the most beautiful reward.
At the Persal, we love the smell of freshly mowed hay, the sound of cow bells, the eager scratching of our hens, working in the fields, and working with animals.
And the best thing: we pamper our guests with fresh, natural products from our own farm: milk, butter, yogurt, cheese, & cream... Simply a piece of Tyrol. Genuinely good. Genuinely Persal.
